The Atlas+ enhances your cooking experience and offers even more variety: Compared to previous models, it allows you to make one additional pasta shape. Its compact design combines four pasta shapes in a single device: lasagna, fettuccine, tagliolini, and spaghetti - for maximum variety in the smallest of spaces.

The Pastawheel is an exceptional pasta wheel thanks to the high quality materials and innovative technical solutions. The shapes have been designed to offer maximum ergonomics: the anodized aluminum handle ensures that hands do not slip and fits perfectly in the hand in different positions. The fluid movement of the small wheels made of food-grade plastic material is guaranteed by a central precision pin connected to a chrome steel support.

Smooth cut: The classic dough wheel to cut the dough sheet cleanly and precisely. Ideal to create the base for stuffed pasta or imaginative cookie shapes.
Narrow zigzag cut: The perfect cut to decorate the dough, prepare jagged lasagna or invent new pasta formats.
Wide zigzag cut: The most widely used zigzag cut with which you can decorate their shortbread cakes or delicious pappardelle.
